Visitor Information

 

PICKING UP PURCHASED TICKETS

Will Call is open one hour prior to showtime and seating begins 30 minutes prior to showtime. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the House Manager. 

REFUNDS

We cannot exchange or refund tickets for a missed performance. If you've lost your ticket, come to the Box Office and we will be happy to reprint them for you with the presentation of a valid ID. 

Parking

We have parking available on the north side and to the rear of the building. There is also street parking available nearby.

Wheelchair Access & Seating

There are ramps leading to the door from the parking lot and an elevator to take you to the theatre. We also have special seating for wheelchair access. Please inquire about this seating at the time you purchase tickets.

Hearing Assistance

Our Mainstage Auditorium has hearing assistance. Please ask our House Manager if you would like a headset.

Children

Some of our plays are inappropriate for children. Please inquire when purchasing your ticket. The theatre has a no babes in arms policy which means everyone, including infants and young children, is required to purchase a seat.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOTAPING

No photography or videotaping is allowed during performances.
