Anything goes

Presented in the Wilson Auditorium

Music and Lyrics by Cole Porter Original Book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse
New Book by Timothy Crouse & John Weidman

SYNOPSIS:

Step aboard the S.S. American as we sail across the Atlantic with the madcap antics of
the cast of Anything Goes. You’re sure to get a kick out of evangelist-turned-nightclub
singer Reno Sweeny and Public Enemy Number 13, “Moonface” Martin, as they help
pal Billy Crocker win the love of heiress Hope Harcourt…much to the chagrin of her
wealthy fiancé. Set to the glowing music and lyrics of Cole Porter, this Tony Award
winning musical comedy is filled with stowaways, blackmail, elaborate disguises, and,
of course, tap-dancing sailors. It’s delightful. It’s delicious. It’s de-lovely!
