Box Office Hours
Monday-Friday: Noon – 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday: Closed
On performance days, the Box Office will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the performance. 

Late Seating Latecomers will be asked to wait for an appropriate time to enter the house and will be directed to seats at the discretion of the Guest Services Manager.

Lost Tickets If your tickets are lost or misplaced, the Box Office will gladly reissue them at no charge. 

Ticket Refunds the CIVIC does not offer refunds to patrons if all of your party did not show. 

Parking We offer free parking in the connected lot north of the building and around the circumference of the building. 

“Pay What You Can” Previews The final dress rehearsal of most CIVIC productions is set aside for patrons who may not be able to afford a full-price ticket. Tickets are available 60 minutes before curtain on a first come, first served basis. 

ACCESSIBILITY FOR PATRONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Please inform the CIVIC Box Office of any special needs while ordering tickets to ensure suitable accommodations can be arranged. 

Assisted Listening Devices Listening devices are available free of charge. Please see the Guest Services Manager or Box Office staff prior to being seated. Devices are to be returned after the performance.

Accessible Seating If possible, please call the CIVIC Box Office 24 hours prior to arrival.

  • Accessible restroom is in the Main Level Lobby
  • Wheelchair accessible seating is available in Row E of the Wilson Auditorium, along with companion seat. Patrons will need to contact the Box Office in advance of the performance to ensure wheelchair seating availability.
  • Wider armless chairs are available for larger guests. Please contact the Box Office to reserve these seats in advance.
